Celebrate SG61 the WISE Way with Daikin Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Daikin Singapore”).
2. Promotion Mechanic
a) Purchase an eligible Daikin iSmile Eco+ System (eligible models: MKM50ZVMG , MKM75ZVMG, MKM85ZVMG or MKM100ZVMG) between 6 August and 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
b) Submit your invoice via the designated online redemption form to receive one (1) lucky draw chance and one (1) complimentary W.I.S.E Air Kit (worth S$150), subject to verification.
c) Stand a chance to be one of 61 lucky winners to enjoy a S$610 Grocery Shopping Spree organised by Daikin Singapore.
d) Complete installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 to receive a total of six (6) lucky draw chances.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid for purchases made from 6 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
4. Eligibility
a) The Promotion is open to customers who purchase an eligible Daikin iSmile Eco+ System during the Promotion Period.
b) Eligible outdoor unit models:
- MKM50ZVMG
- MKM75ZVMG
- MKM85ZVMG
- MKM100ZVMG
c) Proof of purchase and successful verification are required before any rewards are granted.
5. How to Participate
a) To qualify for the Promotion, customers must:
- Purchase an eligible Daikin iSmile Eco+ System during the Promotion Period.
- Submit a redemption application through the designated online redemption form.
- Upload a clear and legible copy of the purchase invoice.
b) The invoice must clearly display:
- Company or retailer name
- Invoice number
- Purchase date
- Eligible model name(s) (MKM50ZVMG/ MKM75ZVMG / MKM85ZVMG / MKM100ZVMG)
- Installation address
c) Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate submissions may be rejected.
d) Each eligible invoice submitted shall qualify for one (1) lucky draw chance only, subject to verification.
e) Each eligible invoice may only be submitted once for this Promotion.Only the first successful submission for each eligible invoice will be accepted. Any subsequent submissions for the same invoice and/or installation address will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
f) Each household (based on the installation address) is entitled to one (1) eligible entry only under this Promotion. Where multiple eligible submissions are received from the same household, Daikin Singapore reserves the right to accept only the first verified eligible submission. All subsequent submissions from the same household may be deemed invalid.
g) Customers who complete both installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 will receive a total of six (6) lucky draw chances for the same eligible invoice, subject to verification.
h) Submission of an invoice alone does not automatically qualify a participant for the Promotion. All submissions are subject to verification by Daikin Singapore.
i) All redemption submissions must be successfully submitted by 30 September 2026, unless otherwise specified by Daikin Singapore. Late, incomplete or unsuccessful submissions will not be accepted.
6. Installation Requirements
a) Installation of the purchased system must be completed by 31 December 2026.
b) Customers who complete installation and warranty registration by 30 September 2026 will qualify for a total of six (6) lucky draw chances, subject to verification of submitted information via the online form.
c) Daikin Singapore reserves the right to verify installation records.
d) If installation is not completed by 31 December 2026, Daikin Singapore reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or recover any rewards granted under this Promotion.
7. Warranty Registration
a) Warranty registration is mandatory to qualify for the additional lucky draw chances.
8. Lucky Draw
a) The lucky draw will be conducted on a date, time and venue determined by Daikin Singapore.
b) Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
c) Winners will be announced in October 2026 via Daikin Singapore’s official communication channels.
d) Winners will also be contacted using the contact details provided during redemption.
e) If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or fails to respond within the 7 calendar days of notification, Daikin Singapore reserves the right to select another winner.
9. Shopping Spree Prize
a) Each winner will be entitled to participate in a grocery shopping spree organised by Daikin Singapore, during which Daikin Singapore will pay for eligible purchases up to a maximum value of S$610 per winner.
b) Any amount exceeding S$610 shall be borne by the winner.
c) Any unused portion of the S$610 shopping allowance will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
d) Only purchases that are eligible for payment using grocery vouchers shall qualify under the shopping spree. Items that are not eligible for payment using grocery vouchers, including but not limited to cigarettes, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, gift vouchers and other excluded items, must be paid for separately by the winner.
e) The prize must be redeemed solely through participation in the grocery shopping spree organised by Daikin Singapore. The S$610 shopping allowance is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, other vouchers or any other form of compensation.
f) Each winner may bring up to two (2) accompanying persons to the shopping spree. All accompanying persons must comply with any event requirements communicated by Daikin Singapore.
g) If the winner is unable to attend the shopping spree, he/she may nominate one (1) representative to attend on his/her behalf by submitting a written authorisation to Daikin Singapore prior to the shopping spree. The nominated representative shall be subject to Daikin Singapore’s approval and verification.
h) Winners must present a valid identification document on the day of the shopping spree for identity verification before participating in the event.
i) The shopping venue, date and time shall be determined solely by Daikin Singapore.
j) Winners may not request changes to the venue, date or format of the shopping spree.
k) Winners who fail to attend the shopping spree at the scheduled date and time may forfeit the prize, and Daikin Singapore reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
l) Daikin Singapore reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the original winner is unable or unwilling to participate.
10. Event Attendance
a) Registration or prize acceptance does not guarantee participation until confirmed by Daikin Singapore.
b) Confirmation emails containing event details will be sent approximately one (1) week before the scheduled shopping spree.
11. Photography & Videography
a) Photography and videography may be conducted during the shopping spree.
b) By participating, winners consent to Daikin Singapore using their photographs, videos, names and likenesses for advertising, publicity, promotional and marketing purposes across all media without additional compensation.
12. W.I.S.E Air Kit Terms
a) Each eligible system purchase qualifies for one (1) W.I.S.E Air Kit.
b) Redemption is while stocks last, subject to availability.
c) Verification may take up to two (2) weeks after complete submission of all required documents.
d) Delivery will be arranged within two (2) weeks following successful verification.
e) Daikin Singapore shall not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customers.
f) No replacement will be provided for lost, damaged or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect information submitted by customers.
13. Fraud & Disqualification
Daikin Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
a) submits false or misleading information;
b) tampers with the redemption process;
c) submits fraudulent documents;
d) attempts to manipulate the Promotion in any manner; or
e) breaches these Terms & Conditions.
14. Product Disclaimer (PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor in the WISE Air Kit)
a) The PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor readings are indicative only and may vary depending on environmental and usage conditions
b) The W.I.S.E Air Kit is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other items
c) The PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor can operate for approximately 6 to 8 hours on a full charge when continuously switched on. To extend battery life, you may switch on the monitor only when checking the air quality readings. For continuous monitoring, the device may be connected to a power source using the compatible USB cable provided. As with all electronic devices, please ensure it is used in a well-ventilated environment and disconnected from the power supply when unattended for extended periods or when not in use.
d) The PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor will be fully charged in approximately 3 hours using the compatible USB cable provided. The charging indicator will change from red to green once the device is fully charged.
e) Temporary fluctuations in temperature and humidity readings may occur while the device is charging due to an automatic calibration and adjustment process. Readings will typically stabilize after calibration is completed
f) Defective PM2.5 Air Quality Monitor qualify for a one-time, 1-to-1 exchange at the Daikin office, subject to inspection. Daikin reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the device is found to be in working condition.
15. General
a) The Promotion is valid while stocks last.
b) Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
c) Daikin Singapore reserves the right to substitute any reward with another item of similar value should circumstances require
d) Daikin Singapore reserves the right to reject any application that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
e) Daikin Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
f) Employees of Daikin Singapore, its agencies and immediate family members may be excluded from participating, at Daikin Singapore’s discretion.
g) In the event of any dispute, the decision of Daikin Singapore shall be final and binding on all participants.
